have you tried logging on in firefox, if it works on firefox it may be Chrome, i know a few people had that problem when the new layout was first launched.

i dont know if it has to do with the new layout but every time i select the Anime/Manga category for a new picture it says that the Category is "locked".

i personally have to use things like CTRL+X for cut CTRL+C for copy and CTRL+V for paste. hope that helps
