I posted a few of my pictures on FAC, and when I went to look at them, I could only see about an inch at the top and the rest of the picture is gray. Whats going wrong?

I have posted six pictures in the last three days and not one of them has been on the site! And it has been over 8 hours for each picture. What is going on?
