Step one, DO NOT PANIC! The chapter/file upload system is still new and there are bugs currently being worked out. We know they're a pain but you'll have to endure them until cstdenis has the time to finish fixing them.
For best results, tell your word processor to save the file as an HTML Document (or "Web Page") and upload that.
