Easy!
First, go to the FAC main page. If you see a button at the top labelled "Login", click it to log in. Then, you should see the "Add Fanwork" button at the top. Click that, and near the bottom of the page you'll find links for adding fanfiction.
To add a new story, click the link that says "add a story".
To add a new chapter to an existing story, click on the link that says "add a chapter". Alternatively, if you go to your FAC profile page (click your name in the Online Users listing at the bottom), you will find an "Add Chapter" link next to each of your stories listed.

How do i submit stories, and can i add chaptors or do i need to make it like i'm adding another story?
