I use Ulead Photo Express for coloring sometimes, 'cos I don't have photoshop and stuff. If anyone else uses this program, could you please help me? Is there a way that I can cut out something from a scanned image and put it onto a background, like a photo?
I'm not very hopeull here, 'cos must ppl use photoshop, but.... |
