Im new at this, and I need some help 
1. If I find a nice picture made by lets say Disney, can I sketch a picture wich is exactly like it just looking at it and then put it up here? 2. Can I do this if I sketch from a movie?

Yes, but you MUST give credit to whoever actually do it.. or say, maybe "I copied this picture from a scene from ::insert movie name here::." Then it should be fine  |
