Re4 On Ps2

Hey guys just incase you haven't heard capcom announced that resident evil 4 will be released for ps2 late next year. Which is kind of a disappointment to me because I was hoping for it to be GC only type of thing but I suppose it is good for all those PS2 owners who are big fans of the series.

Are you sure? I heard rumors but that is all I thought they were. Just a bunch of Sony fanboys saying it. Do you have any links to offical info? I have seen new and final boxart and it shows GC only. Damn Sony.

Damn it! Oh well the PS2 version will be crap with its long load times and crappy graphic(compared to GC). That is why I love mini disk, small load times. I hope this isn't true though.

Yeah, it really doesn't make much sense considering by the time they release RE4 on the PS2, the PS3 will already be out on the market. It's really unnecessary and really... stupid. (I suppose that would be the correct term.) Then again, the Gameboy Advance will continue distributing games well into 2005, even with the release of the DS. Besides, what if RE4 is a fluke? (Not that it would happen Rolling eyes

) It would be a dissapointment and waste of time porting a bad game to the PS2.

But Sony fanboys will be happy RE4 is coming to the PS2. Not that it would look at all that spectacular on the PS2 anyway. Long loading times, lower quality graphics would really cramp the RE serie's style. Oh yeah, I'd rather like to look at a big Green "A" rather than a freakin' black "X" flash up on the screen. <_<

Unless the game has been changed it will be great. I bought the demo off of Play-Asia back in September, it has been out of stock since early October. It came with some Famitsu capcom magizine. It is so freaking fun! I don't the PS3 will be out by then, of what I have heard the have done hardly anything. They were being very cocky as always.
