Now everyone has been complaining about noobs. But you must understand that noobs maybe a good sign. The site is growing. But some people dislike noobs. You must understand instead of flaming the noobs, you must teach the noobs. Soon, ever elder Fac member will stop loging on. Soon no one will be left. That is why we must teach noobs the way to post. The decline in members has already started. Noobs are now joining. To help save this site from parashing we must help them, so that they can take the place of us. No member will truly stay on this site forever. Many grow up and get jobs. They might also start dating or have a family. Therefore, the time they can spend on here grows less and less. Noobs are young, and cannot do any of this yet. Helping them grow into us as we grow helps preserve this site. Replacements. That is what they are. We, were the first member. They are the next. They are the future, like it or not.

N00bs are morons and newbies are new people. That's not the same thing.

Besides, n00bs won't grow up, that's impossible.

Words well intended should be matched with proper spelling and grammar, you know.

One issue with "n00bs" is that many of them either don't know the forum rules, don't bother to LEARN the forum rules, or simply don't CARE about the forums rules.

We can help the first breed, but the other two are a bit more feral.

New people are an important part of any online community, without them the community will die.

The problem isn't newbies, but stupid ones. The ones who dont bother to read the rules, or just learn basic netiquit. Its not that hard to post stuff in the right place, the forums are reasonably clearly marked.
