Usernames are unchangeable, the only way to switch to a new one is to ask the admin to close your account and sign up with a new one. It's a pretty high price so make sure you choose a username you can live with.
Now, on the other hand, the part shown in parentheses (in your case, "woofinghoun (Yvonne)") [b]can[/b] be changed. Just log in to the FAC main page, click on "Edit Profile", and change the value you entered in the "Real Name" field.
