I'm sure this has been done before, but I'll ask anyway.

What do you play when you really want to let rip on your instrument, whatever it is and whatever your standard? When you really want to enjoy playing it and knowing that you're sounding pretty good?

Recently I've been playing Herod's Song, by Lloyd Webber. He doesn't usually write with the piano in mind, but that song, well... it's awesome. Fantastic to play and always sounds more difficult than it is.

How's about you guys?
