Copyright is certainly an issue, especially with American recording artists. Japanese wouldn't be a problem, but Denis would certainly want this to be legit.
Fallen's right about it. It would cost money for American music to be used. I believe Denis would like to make this a profitable internet site, which is why we have a store, so should any money come to us, and we get enough outside influence, we could very well get money to use American music in the future, although far off.
If my band were to ever record, I would let you use the music.

You should record. Send me MP3s. If people like it, you can sell CDs of it online.

I'll see what I can do in the next year. Our bassist is trying to get us a drummer and I've written about 5 extra songs. Best I could give now is less-than-minute long solo ideas with backing guitar.
I'll even record some acoustic peices for our mellow artists.

Tis a very good idea! But make sure we'll be able to turn the music off if we want to, or else it will sound funkay if your listening to music on our computers.

Merry Christmas everyone.

FAC radio will be specially playing anime christmas music all day today.

Enjoy Sailor Moon - Merry Christmas Song Collection & Tenchi Christmas songs

You can access it from this URL: http://anita.fanart-central.net:8000/

It will work in winamp and most other music players, but may have problems with windows media player. Try and see.

Well, the only problem I see to be having is, every few seconds I have to hit play again, cause it just stops. Maybe it's because my system is too slow for it or my aol sucks (it does i hate it ). So....

Just thought that might help ya out a bits. I would really like to listen to it, but it's too much of a hassel to just keep clicking on the "Play" button and waiting for it to finish Buffering, only to listen to a few seconds of music. then having to repeat the whole process over again.

Yeah, that will suck. It's not exactly like an AM radio station(that would completely rule) but it'll do.
If you wait for it to completely buffer, after it does it the first time, you should have no problem.

Tried it, got a synchronising error on the server or something, clicked it away and put my mp3 back on. I'll try some other time.

worked fine on mine o.o opened with MusicMatch (maybe that had a part in it? dunno)

I was thinking (in the car on a long long trip) what would people need in order to run (for FAC radio, not on their own) a little show/music session?
Well, the only problem I see to be having is, every few seconds I have to hit play again
That means you'r connection isn't fast enough for the song.

I dont have it set to drop the quality and make it work on slower connections yet.
heh, anime christmas carols. put on some flcl ost's, denis.
Those are just for today. I'll put general anime music back on tomorrow.

You need one of the clients listed here:
http://www.icecast.org/3rdparty.php

Shoutcast client plugin for winamp should also work, but it only works on winamp 2.x so if you are using 3 or 5 you can't use that option.

other than that, just contact me for an account and to arrange a schedual.

What kind of shows are you looking for? Like....Just discussions with maybe some reviews (CDs, comics, etc) in between music? ^^
I think that'd be really fun!
