I think he's just asking how to use the COLOR tag. (Remember, these forums run on Invision Power Board software)
BB code is more or less the same across all forums, but find the smiley box on the reply form and click the little link underneath it that says "BB Code Help".
You can specif your colors in two ways, one is to use the HEX format (#rrggbb), or you can try identifying the color by name since browsers support a lot of color names (you'd be surprised just how many).
