Birthday Display Problems

The birthdays aren't displaying properly. All I see:

[b]4[/b] members are celebrating their birthday today
[b](14), (14), (14), (14)[/b]

The usernames are not shown.

Sorry if this has been posted/reviewed before.

Sorry, I forgot to mention. I'm using IE 6.

By the way, why can't memebr's edit their own posts? O.o

FAC site/forum integration has had some bugs in it for a VERY long time. Bugs like:
- Usernames don't display in birthdays list (the links are still there, they're just... empty)
- Usernames don't display in PM's or member profile pages
- Clicking the "PM" button on a member post, or replying to a PM, doesn't fill out the "To:" field automatically like it should (it can be terribly difficult to address a PM sometimes)
