Comment On Fanart?

How do I make a comment on fanart,because I looked in the faq's page
and did not find the answer,and I need to post something.

Make sure you're logged in to the FAC main page, then a link called "Add Comment" will appear at the bottom when you view pictures and stories.

AND, you have to be a member....That's what I've been doing wrong for about a month Razz
