Yes, that is the full title. Has anyone ever seen it? It was made in 1963, and boasts the fact of being the first (and only) "monster musical".  It is so lame that it's hilarious. All the song-and-dance numbers, the terrible special effects, and of course the gypsy at the carnival. "You feelthy peegs!"
If you haven't seen this movie I suggest you rent it with some friends so you an laugh your heads off about how delightfully bad it is.
