I [b]think[/b] it's trying to say that you don't need to validate your email as your old account has been deleted. I'm really sorry but i'm not the best at these things. Try reading through it slowley and writing it in a better way to understand. That's what I normally do. Otherwise try asking an older member that knows how the site works better.
