Uneasy Sad <_< :huh: ok im a computer freak i had everything in my scanner hooked up right but i keep trying to scan my picts (3 of them drawn so far) and i think there really good and i want to scan em but my scaner refuses to scan the light that scans it comes on but it wont scan! Grr! :ph34r: so please help a dude out and scan his picts

If you open it up, check to see if everything is connected correctly e.g: wires, touchpad keys hitting the board properly, missing components. Or get a new scanner. We had a scanner like that and it turned out that the entire inside components were screwed up, installed incorrectly. Thanks to Best Buy on the new one. Never trust Wal-Mart for your electronics.

It seems that it wants to work, but something must be jammed if the light isn't moving. I'd check out the hardwear holding the light in place before anything. If that doesn't work, do what Flea said and take it all apart to find out what's wrong. Maybe you can find someone to repair it for you.
