You wait for it to be reviewed and approved or rejected. That's about it, really.

It never excepts the pic though! I cropped it like 6 times already! Grr!

What are the pics dimensions (height and width) and the file size (how many kbs the file takes)?

You should have included that important information up front, so that we wouldn't have to guess at what your problem is.

Please refer to the FAQ section and the question, "How the frell do I get my pic under 300kb?" Thta might just be your answer.
