Because you move-repeat?
I don't call, 'move repeating' the best. Even if it is a form of winning.
Doing the same move over and over again must be the reason no one is playing you.
Because it's cheap. _________________ I speak only at the most opportune of moments. |

Repeating a move, especially in a fighting game is most definitly not cheap...
That just makes your opponent much more predictable...
Using and abusing a certain move is not cheap, using and abusing a set of moves is better |

A set of moves, yes.
Move repeating, no. _________________ I speak only at the most opportune of moments. |

I guess move repeating can be cheap, but only in certain cases...
First and most importantly you got to know how to use this one move, if your doing something like abusing Yoshi's or Bowser's butt stomp move I most definitly would not think of that being cheap its way too easy to see those moves coming a mile away especailly if they are abusing it...
But if the person playing knows what they are doing and is abusing useful moves like Yoshi's eggs or Link's spiral (on the ground) then I guess that would be considered being cheap. |

Well, in SMBM, I guess move repeating isn't as cheap because you can see it easier.
In games like, oh say, Soul Calibur, then its cheap. _________________ I speak only at the most opportune of moments. |

Like I said before its not cheap to use the same move, it just makes your opponent more predictable. |

For some people, this may not be so easy since they don't use their brains, panic, run into the attack and get flinged off to the other side. They just don't realize their stupidity. Others see through the trick and take advantage of it, overwhelming the move-repeating player. Unfortunately, most people panic. _________________ I speak only at the most opportune of moments. |

You have a very good point there.
I never think about how others would react to certain situations...
I keep thinking about how I would handle these situations |
