Error 7

I've tried uploading two different images, both of which are correctly sized and are merely JPEGs, so they should upload, correct? Hm... nope. I'm taken to a page that says:

"An unknown error occured trying to upload the file. Error number: 7" and nothing else. Help?

Note: Before starting this topic I searched this forum for "Error 7" and didn't find anything realated. If there was something and it just didn't turn up as a search result, please let me know.

Its a PHP file upload error code.

Its UPLOAD_ERR_CANT_WRITE (Failed to write file to disk). FAC was having some serious technicial problems yesterday morning.
