How Do I Report Someone Breaking The Rules?

I know someone who is breaking the 'multiple accounts' rule, and while I don't want them harshly dealt with, I still don't approve of breaking rules, especially that one. How would I go about reporting this?

You can email abuse@fanart-central.net and somebody will get to it...eventually.

In many cases, duplicate accounts are just older unused accounts. If this is the case you can just remind the user that they should only have one account and should request deletion of the other one.

In cases where it is being abused (Like a person holding multiple active identities) the abuse team can deal with it.

The [i]forum[/i] "Report" button is broken.

The "Report as broken" link when viewing pictures is for reporting technical problems only, not for reporting potential theft of art. (Though it probably SHOULD be... since we don't allow off-site images anymore, broken URL's are mostly a thing of the past.)

Unfortionately not, There are still lots of old offsite ones broken. Eventually they will be moved onsite.
