I know for a fact I've seen this before, and I have it lying around on my PC somewhere.

The artist who submitted it seems to have an inconsitency in their art style, and so I think maybe they're using other people's pictures.

thats not agood enough excuse, i have a friend (who will bw on this site shortly) who is not the best at drawing anime pictures but is very good at drawing real human portraits. And the one you posted, is it suppose to be the good incosistency of all the users picture, or the bad?(i know its the good picture, but its not very good in its self, i'd need to see the other pictures tp judge) anyways, there isn't really any proof the person stole anything, unless they have commited a similar or same act before.

Word to the wise: If you're going to use an off-site image host and the [IMG] tag, you must rename the filename so as not to identify the artist or submission in question -- which [i]also[/i] includes any use of the submission's six-digit pid value.

On the other hand, if you use the forum Attachment feature, there is no need to rename the file at all, the forum software will do that automatically.
