What Female Anime Character Do You Like?

This is sort of similar to the Offical Favorite Character thread but devoted to discussing female characters of anime and manga whom you think are strong/brave or something like that. Not those wimpy,whiny,annoying,pathetic,sit-down-and-leave-all-the-fighting-to-the-men girls. A character whom you think is [b]strong[/b]. Then explain why you like the character. Don't just say they're pretty or cute or something like that. State what psychological features you like. Or discuss her strength. I'm bored...

i like sailor pluto from sailor moon. she is just downright awesome! Cool

she is able to control time, and i love her attack "dark dome close"! not to mention those eyes... she looks like she's planning something. (by the way, my avatar is sailor pluto!)

Perhaps you didn't read WHY we have an official favorite character thread. It is to prevent the forum being flooded by other misc favorite character threads. Specifying female characters only does not make it an exception.
