i am having the same problem i cant upload any pics that i send in and yes my pics are 300kb but it wont let me crop an image either  |

crop your image with MSpaint, make sure its [i]under[/i] 300kb, save it as a .jpg

I believe that means that you saved your pic as a .bmp format. Try changing the format to .jpg or .png. I don't think FAC accepts .bmps.
