I Can't Leave A Comment On Anybody's Profile

I try to add a comment on peoples profile page, and all it does is refreshes their profile page. The only place I can leave comments is on pictures. What is going on?

The comment box will appear in a pop-up window. If you have a popup blocker active, try switching it off.
