when i try to upload something it wont let me its in png and jpg whats the problem!!

The most common problems:

- File is not actually saved as a JPG or PNG. (What program are you using?)
- File doesn't fit under the 300kb limit on filesize.

well paint but now i just downloaded it to my psp im on mine right now dont have a pc l can use the internet on ^_^

I've been trying to do an Avatar, but one things got me confuzeled, what does URL mean????? I am just a bit new, don't hurt me!!! *puts up hands*
Oh and even if I do know this, how do I do it? Sad
