Avatar Is New But Shows Old

I recently changed my avatar and you can probably see it changed but I can't. It still shows up kakashi. I even tried logging off and restarting my computer but he still shows up. Why can't I see it. Will I always be plagued by Kakashi's face?

No this is just a cache thing. Clear your cache and temporary folders and it should change.
