Why Do I Keep Getting Logged Out?

Checked the FAQ, but didn't see anything on the subject. :mellow:

Despite the fact that I selected the little bubble to remember me, whenever I come to the forums, I'm logged out and have to log in again. It only does it for me on these forums, too. Not the mainsite, and not any other sites I visit. So I don't think it's a cookies-being-deleted-somehow issue.

It's not necessarily something that's causing me problems. It's just a pain to have to log in again every 10 minutes. :/

I've been having similar problems actually, except that mine actually logs me in as someone else. I keep coming to the forum logged in as "lizardwd" even though Jeff hasn't been to my house (let alone on FAC at my house) for quite a while.

Maybe Denis made it a temporary cookie? or maybe you have your cookies deleted after a certain amount of time maybe? but if it's only [i]this[/i] site...well...um... my guess is temp cookie.
