Can't add pictures or comment. Help!!!

I'm new and it says I don't have permission to add fanwork. Is there something I need to do first? I also don't know how to comment. There's no box or botton to click and I don't see anything that says add comment or anything. I have to sign off now so will some one please e-mail me at Deuce217@aol.com if they have any help or advice. Thanks a bunch. Love you all.

I'll go ahead and post here so I hope you check it. You're new huh? It's been over a year since I've joined so I don't remember much. However, there should be some link that says something about becoming a member to this site. When you sign up a validation email should be sent (although there have been problems with it lately). Open up your email, and click on a link or something and then you should be an official member. If this doesn't work let me know!
