Well you see what glitch happens...
I submit a pic only *ONCE* but this thing rejected it and told me an error that
i need to submit it only once. what the hell is up with that?!

This means that the Approval Panel found two submissions of that piece, so they rejected one of 'em.
We're not sure exactly how some of it happens, but we'll be taking steps to guard against duplicate submissions in the future.
