one of my pics were reject ( i got the reject email) and the reason was i uploaded it more than once and i don't know if i should resubmit it? Sad Question

Well, if you uploaded it more than once, then one version of the pic would've probably gone through. Check your gallery to see if the pic is already there, if so, you're fine. If not, try submitting it again, but only click once.
