Help!

hey, problem is that.. i submited 3 of my drawings and it didnt get thrue, its been more then 10 hours, and i didnt get an email that it had been rejected or anything, so i just want to know, did they not get on the site because the site was having technical difficulties?, like it said it was having upgrades, so is that why, i just want to know, so i can submit the drawings again.. Confused

It seems like everyone is asking this same question these days. What we really need to build is a page so you can check on your pending (and rejected) submissions yourself, because [i]not knowing[/i] the status of them sure is a killer.

yes this site is having some dificulties, its weird, i just submited 3 pictures, and later (same day) it says ive posted 0 and i can post 3, very weird, will this be fixed?

There's nothing to fix. The 3-per-day rule is indeed "per day". If you've submitted 3 pics one day, you can still submit 3 pics the next day if you're that prolific (preferably different pics if the previous ones are still waiting for review).

... well, yesterday for starters, i posted 3 of my drawings and then it said later on that i can post more drawings in the same day, and today, the same thing is hapening, so you're saying to me there's nothing to fix? sorry im just angry Twisted Evil

.... you might be right and im just confused, but i dont know...

A few points to explain the 3-per-day rule:

- Day is based on when the picture was [i]submitted[/i], not when it was reviewed or approved/rejected.
- Rejected submissions do not count towards the limit. If you submit 3 pieces and they are reviewed in the same day, but one is rejected, then you can still submit another piece that same day.
- The counter resets to zero at midnight each day, hence why the limit is "per day". Even if your previous submissions are still waiting for review, a new day means you can submit up to 3 more pieces.

Hey i have another sort of big problem. problem is that when i submitted 3 of my drawings, they took too long to show, (more then 8 hours), then i thought they didnt get thrue, so i submitted 3 of the same drawings. now i look in my gallery, and what do i see? 3 of the same pictures, doubled. so any site admin could you please spot the doubled pictures in my gallery, and delete them, so that there will be them pictures left, but no doubles, if you get what i mean, please!

You don't actually need an admin to clean up duplicate submissions from your gallery -- you can do that yourself.

ive tried, i delete it and type in a reason, but the pic is still in my gallery, it just says deleted at the top of it, but its still there, is there a way i can get rid of it permanetly?

That's a caching issue. Causes problems in the short run but fixes itself in time. Sometimes you can get it to refresh right away by switching the sort order, filter levels, etc.

(Hold on you mean you deleted the one yourself? I removed a duplicate myself just a moment ago... better check your gallery to make sure I removed the same one and not the other....)

okay its removed, no duplicates now, thanks. and next time when i submit more of my drawings, if it dosnt get on the site after 8 hours, them im going to wait more, just incase it works.... THANK YOU!! Smile
