Recieving new picture upadtes

I have ticked the box in my profile to recieve updates when one of my favourite artists puts up a new story or picture but im not recieving emails about them? Could someone please tell me why?

Firstly, please check your e-mail folders (including spambox and recycle bin) to see if any notifications from FAC were being treated as spam.

Make sure you can receive e-mail from [b]bounce@fanart-central.net[/b] .

i have done that but there are none in there and i still dont get all the pictures and updates that i should be getting...sorry if im bothering people i was just wondering why it wasnt working

Come to think of it, I haven't received my normal notifications either since the past week.

So far this SEEMS to be Hotmail/MSN related, but damn is it annoying.

Yup, it's been hitting a lot of things as of late.
I actually do check my spam mail, and I've redirected my mail now so I'm PRETTY sure I get what I'm supposed to, but the problem is, I think some mail was just instantly deleted by the spamguard and not even sent into the bulk folder, because I always checked mine. :/
Bit of a pain, but I hope you guys can fix it... maybe put in a notice on the announcements for all people to accept mail from bounce and support and all that?

ok then well let me know if something is done to discover why its not working properly. Don't bother if its only me who's worried about it i dont want to take up too much of people's time
