Validation E-mail

I'm not sure if this is just a glitch but I've been on the site for almost a year and sudden I come on and it says that I need to validate my E-mail. I haven't changed my E-mail or anything like that so I'm not sure why I need to do it again so suddenly, it was fine just last night. I'm not even sure how to validate it if I do need to do it again. Any suggestions?

And go check the FAQ.
