Can't upload any fanart... why?

I can't upload pictures at the moment...
when I filled all boxes and clicked submit, nothing really happens except the site reloads and I'm getting this behind the media info:

[b]You must choose a media ID at the deepest level[/b]

What does that mean?
*is confused*
(and I'm not a native english speaker o.O)

It means you need to specify what media you used to create your piece; ink, pencils, pens, etc...
and by 'of the deepest level', it means you have to select one of the precise choices, not one of the options in bold which are too general.
