I havn't been getting an e-mail for comments at my gallery.
I did that validation thing and I checked my email address but it didn't work.
I sometimes go through my submissions and notice a lot of comments I missed.
Is it just me? _________________ And they say it changes when the sun goes down. |

This has been happening to me too, about half of my notifications (since late August) never arrive. Gallery/profile comments, fave artist notifications -- the works.
I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing PM-based notifications instead. _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Same problem here. I haven't gotten any notices in quite some time, but I'll look at recently submitted pictures and notice a comment or two that I haven't seen before. |

Kichigai, I'm pretty sure I also missed quite a few alerts for a while.
Make sure your email accepts bounce@fanart-central.net and support@fanart-central.net. That seemed to have fixed up my problems for the most part. :/
Good luck~! _________________ |

That isn't the problem when some of your alerts arrive properly but the rest don't (which is the problem I'm having). _________________ Strata here: Nanowrimo - FAC - dA - FA

Poor denis...
Uhm, another thing I noticed. How long does it usually take for notices to be sent to your email? Because if they go by time, then for example, they would be most recent first, right?
Well, lately I've noticed that when getting alerts for a doujin, the numbers have been reversed. That is to say, from top to bottom in my email, it's 9-10-11. But when I visit the gallery, they're in proper order... it's a bit confusing...
Could this have anything to do with the emails getting messed up?? |

For most email providers you should get them instantly, but a few huge ones like hotmail it may take several minutes to work its way through their system.
As for the order, if its just last night, I broke the email system for a little while causing delays. |
