Are photos of self allowed?? (Not about me!)

I was browsing through the pics submitted one day and I found someone(more like a couple, but here's one...) That submitted a photo of themselves in an Inyuyasha costume... I don't think it counts as art and he sertainly is mad at me because I just said that it's not art and should probably removed from his gallery.... He claimed that I shouldn't comment on pictures if I don't like them.... If you need a link to his profile, and the three pics, PM me or something so I can give 'em to you, cuz I read before about not to put the user's name on these type of forums..... Thanks and much appreciated!!!

Cosplay is allowed if the user made the costume completely themselves.

Tho now that Photo Lucidity is launched stuff like that is probebly better submitted there.

Well, there now have been a few people who have told him that photos aren't allowed and he replied with a,

"it is fan art seeing as im an inuyasha FAN and this is ART" I don't know about you, but I don't think he made it(Judging by how old he looks) .... He submitted it under the Inyuyasha category..........
