Mine would have to be Silent Hill or Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. Or the first time I saw Final Destination 3 in theaters. The next 10 times wasn't so scary.

I though the descend was scary but then it was ridiculous.If I have to say the scariest movie ever,I'll say it's The Ring(the original Japanese one,not the american)
