Flaming Warnings

I think that we really need some rules written up about not tolerating flaming.
I have just browsed some profiles and found that people have been flaming others' profiles with the excuse that there are no proper rules banning such behaviour. Maybe it's about time to add it on the main site, that flaming is a bannable offence?

I thought it was a bannable offense. D:

I mean, I read through the ToS and I'm pretty sure that there was places here and there that said flaming was not tolerated.

And aren't there people on the wall of shame who've been banned because of flamming?

We haven't updated the rules on flaming or personal attacks in some time. The existing guidelines as posted in the Announcements forum are:

1st offense- Warning
2nd offense- 3 day suspension
3rd offense- 1 Week suspension
4th offense- 1 month suspension
5th offense- Ban[/quote]

People need to realize that, although these haven't been updated in awhile, they are still official rules and we will enforce them as it is reported.

Need a etiquite type section added to the main rules page.

Mm-hm, that's what I was trying to get at. A lot of people don't bother to read the forum rules if they're commenting on profiles. We need etiquette rules on the main page to be there for everyone to see.
