Stolen Smiley Face??(New and Improved!!)

I think my previous one got deleted..... Blah....

Okay, I was browsing through the submitted pics for 10-7-06.... To my suprise, I saw a smiley face that looked very alike to some ads and the same smiley face I saw around the net....

I think my previous statement was deleted, cuz I didn't have PhotoBucket or whatever..... So here it is.... In PhotoBucket.....

I believe this was stolen, due to the rest of his gallery looking much, MUCH different....

It's not exactly like it but this is what I found on smileycentral.

I had to take a screenshot for it.

Now they do look a bit different (not just colour because that can be changed easily) so it's a tough call, but I do feel like I've seen that purple one somewhere....but where.....

Yeah, it looks very much alike....... I still don't think that it counts as their own art....... It's still the same format and such, just different colors........

From a glance, it looks to me like a close reproduction rather than an actual copyright violation.

But it may need more looking into first.
