How can I lower my MP3's kbps using any free aplication?

I am almost out of space in the computer and this is the only way I can do it without deleting files, 35G worth of music is hard to keep but if i lower the kbps to 128 instead of 320 I will have at least another 10 G to spend on music!

Anyone knows how to do this? _________________

Use Winamp. There's lots of free plugins that have been made for it that output mp3s. You can just play a file and have the plugin set to output 128kbps mp3s, then delete the original file when it's done. I do it a lot since people like to encode cds as .ape files and since it's not like I want to pirate a perfect copy of the cd (soundwise), I have to make an mp3 copy to save space, lol.

My personal choice is this one: http://winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=33396 |
