More Weirdness error?

I log onto Fac's main page it's fine i click on my username

and i'm loged out and the profile comments that are old are there and none of the new

I've been getting this all over the afiliated sites and the related forums, I just figured it was due to inactivity.

every time i log in it takes me to the main page

but when i click on my user name it logs me out and old comments are shown on my profile page it is getting really annoying

it's working for now but when turned my computer off for the night

it did it again when i went on today

but last night it was okay for awhile then it kept doing it for a number of hours

then it was okay

then i turned my computer off for the night and went on today surprise it was doing it agian it's fine for now but for how long

Comments for users not logged in are cached, there must be a bug in it, I'll look into it.

If you are having problems staying logged in, its probably a cookie problem.

[Edit: fixed but it'll take some time to update the cache]

I don't know if this was being caused by the same thing or not but I wanted to throw it out there.

It,s happining on all four the sties I use. It's not a real problem or any thing, I just move around the site a little and I show back up.

Okeydokey, That is what I thought, that is why I figgured that the few times I got fully logged out was inactivity oriented.

You get fully logged out after a longer period of inactivity (whenever the php session expires) I don't know the time off the top of my head.

If you have remember login enabled, it automatically renews the session for you.

By enable you mean turn on meaning say remeber my password right?

i did that today and every time it get me to the main page and i click on my user name

it logs me out and shows old comments

i did it without the remeber password and it let me on.

isn't that the opisite of what it's suposed to do?

I cleared my cookies today and my temperary files and Fac is randomly loging me out
