double submitions

I've seen this before from other users and figured they got impatient and clicked the submit button again, but now that it has happend to me I think there may be some sort of intermittant bug. I submitted a pic and it got submitted twice and I know I only hit the button once.

Negitive, I submitted it then changed windows to submit to FuAC

Unless you refresh, press the submit button twice, or use the back button at a bad time I can't see any reason for duplicate submissions.
