What is it with new members and font/size/color tags...?

Anyway. First, go to http://www.fanart-central.net/ . If you see a "Login" button at the top, click it and log in with your username/password. Then you should see an "Add Picture" button at the top. Click it, and follow the instructions.

God, I'm sorry that I'm being so stupid. But it was just untill now that when I logged on, It still counted me as a guest. My computer is completely messed up.

You're not stupid, and the problem's not yours alone. We've known about these login troubles for a long time, in fact they're mentioned in the FAQ.

Just the other day my cookies expired and I had to log back in on the main page. It still called me a 'guest' after logging in, srange thing though was I restarted my browser and I was logged in again, not a guest! :huh:
