How do u put pictures on?

how do u put pictures on. im new to this. Laughing

Go to the fanart central front page (http://www.fanart-central.net/) and click on submit art.

Or just go straight to the submit art page (http://www.fanart-central.net/add_wizard.php)

You then just need to fill in the form and press submit. (Make sure you fill in all the boxes and make sure the image you're uploading is in the right format: .jpg, .gif, .png etc)

Bear in mind your picture won't appear straight away, it has to be approved by the mods and that can take a while.
