Favorite / Best Videogame(s) ever

Acutally, KOTOR2 is the best game. But since I no longer have my XBox, then it's Soul Calibur 2 for the Game Cube. You get to play with Link, who has some cool moves. The graphics are just superb and there's oh so much to do in this game, it's unbelievable. The Weapon Master mode will have you on there for weeks on end, and you cursing each time you lose too many times in a mission. Oh... and I am a big fan of Kilik. I loved him in the first Soul Calibur and I love him in the second even more. But... I do prefer his 2P outfit, rather than the 1p- that makes him look more of a fighter to me.

Soul Calubur [b][u]2[/u][/b]!?
That's bull dude! Soul Calubur 3 blows all fighting games out of the water man ! ^^
You can make your own Custon Characters, Choose Their Weapons, Concquer Nations, and so on....
Not to mention old friends and new rivalries such as Zasalamel (Sythe), Tira (Ring Blade(Really cool)), Miturugi (Soul Blade, Katana), Rock (Soul Blade, Mace), *Haven't played 2 since 2004 so tell me if i'm wrong* Setsuka (Umberella Sword), Li Long (Soul Blade, Dual bladed Knunchucks), Seigfried (Soul Blade, Kightmare's Host in previous Soul Calibur games, Large Broadsword), and the list goes on and on and on.....

Soul Calibur 2 is fun but Link is an unfair character, especialy with that retarted Pink and Blue sword known as "The Great Fairy Sword". All you gotta do is bounce on the helpless persons head like twice and thier dead. No fun for anyone.
Sorry, but SC2 is just not near as good as SC3 or the upcoming SC4:A New Generation.

i wish sc3 was for gamecube, im poor....
all i have now are the little crappy little kid gamecube games, with the exception of a few good ones here and there, like the zelda collectors edition and baldurs gate

I resent that remark. I am a 27 year old woman, and I adore my Game Cube. I've had other consoles in the past, like the PlayStation 2, and have played Soul Calibur 3 on that... but I hated it. I rather prefer SC2. I even had an XBox and XBox 360, but now I like Nintendo, and am hoping to get a Wii in the new year, sometime. Consoles are for people of all ages, not just young people.

Oh, and I have played SC3 in detail. To me, the interactive bits on the Tales of Souls mode (what's meant to be the arcade mode) ruined it completely. I was quite disapointed. I prefer SC2, because it's simpler, easier to control. Oh... and I like Link in the GameCube version, too, but my ultimate favourite is Kilik. I just like SC2 better, that's all. Sorry for the rant.

I guess that scientist wasn't crazy. More women over the age of 18 play games than kids under the age of 17........wild.

SC2 cheats the pants off of me. I stoped playing it.....at least the gamecube version....

Brilliant, memorable characters, fun real-time battle system (if a little boring), interesting (if eternal and often lose-sight-of-the-end) plot, overall very nicely done.

[b]Tales of the Abyss[/b]
Because all Tales fans love it, great character development and emotional change, stunning graphics (for PS2), fine battle system, lovely soundtrack and great plotline.

[b]Star Ocean 3[/b]
Really nice battle system that's always interesting, awesome character designs, decent, solid plotline, great music, the list goes on and on.

[b]Guilty Gear X2[/b]
Because this is the one, the ONLY fighting game (excluding SSBM) that I will ever talk about/play. Jaw-dropping speed and flawless 2-D art, some of the best character designs out there and a lovely :ahem: gallery of characters to choose from, awesome soundtrack and overall brilliant gameply. (This could explain why the game goes for $129.99 brand spankin' new on Amazon.)

There's my two petty little cents' worth.

The best for me is Hard Truck Apocalypse (PC) (Genre - Car Wars/Action/Driving/RPG)
cuz graphics are rly good . Storyline aint bad either! 3D model details are perfect. And like in every hard truck game there is heavy machinery involved

hmmm....I never really did care about graphics unless they count against me like in Spec-Ops: Airborne Commando.
I still play my old SEGA Genisis because it is lots o fun!

I love Nintendo.... because there not graphic FREAKS and put more thought in a game then in other systems (Zelda, Super Smash Bros, Starfox, Bomberman)

But my favorite game of all time would have to be [b]Mystical Ninja Goemon[/b] for SNES ^^

Guilty Gear X2 is nowhere near flawless but it is awsome looking.

but we all know the king of 2D fighting, Street Fighter series. Although street fighter 2: championchip edition is the best...

Hands down the best game I've ever played. Everything about it is perfect, not a single flaw.

CastleVania: Symphony of the Night
My favorite CastleVania, and has the best video game soundtrack I've ever heard.

Super Metroid
My favorite 2D Metroid, and one of the best 2D games I've ever played.

Metal Gear Solid
Great game, great story / characters, and my favorite stealth game.

Half-Life 2
My favorite FPS. This game never becomes dull for one second from start to finish.

F-Zero GX
My favorite racing game, and the most intense racing game I have ever played. It's very hard / challenging, which I like.

Metroid Prime
One of my favorite GameCube games. Great puzzles, boss fights, and what not.

Marvel VS. Capcom
My favorite fighting game, don't have any exact reasons why though. My favorite characters are Captain Commando and Hulk

Gran Turismo 4. 700+ cars you can race with. what else can i say.
oh and you can take the porshe offroad and it's actualy perty good.

Vigilante 8. like Twisted metal only with a real storyline.

Megaman Zero 1-4

That was my very first gameboy game I had. I loved getting to play Zero, and it was so much easier using a saber than a buster. Cool

And I love the story, all about Zero! WHOOO!!! Very Happy
