I cant get any more pictures to post..............

every time i try to post a picture ithe blue bar never makes it all the way full...ive even tryed to wate for a long time...help please....

Blue bar?? What are you specifically talking about? Is it in the fourms? Main page?(It may be just me not having any idea what you are talking about...)

I think BlackFang13 means the blue bar at the bottom of the browser window which shows a webpage's status or loading or whatever.

As to what's causing this, dunno. Sometimes you just have to be patient; an uploaded picture can take anywhere between almost instantaneous to over ten minutes to load, sometimes...
Stories, sometimes even worse.

Just be patient. If there still is a problem, then it might just be your internet connection. :<

Okay, I get it(Blond moment!). Yes, as Trinity_Fire said, it may be you. Or there might be a slight possiblility that there are many people on FAC(Whether they are trying to upload fanart/stories/etc.) But I doubt that's likely... It seems as if nobody is ever on anymore.
