The Phantom Picture

Someone knows why in my profile I can see the thumbnail of a picture, but when I click on it I can't see the picture??

One of the thumb servers (thumbs1) is slow and causes thumbs to sometimes not fully load.

refreshing a few times should fix.

This affects all visitors randomly assigned to that thumbs server.

I'm working with the server provider to get the problem fixed but they are being slow.

Oh, maybe this explains the problem I've been encountering. Actually, the problem I noticed was that refreshing did NOT fix the problem, but then today I didn't encounter the error at all so it got me a bit confused...

It should be all right now.

Briefly wondering, how are these thumbs servers 'assigned'? Is there a way to 'reassign' a server to yourself so you won't get the one with the broken thumbnails? ...Or am I just kind of not seeing this the right way?? :/

Sometimes I assign one to everybody to manually balance the load. Othertimes they are randomly assigned by your computer (Multi A record round-robin DNS).

I've just switched it all to the slow server to help diagnose the problem.
