Try looking at references. It helps to figure out how they might look like. For looser clothing, you may end up drawing more or longer creases than with normal clothing, but that still doesn't mean there are wrinkles everywhere, or that they're supposed to be all over the clothing. The places where you will need creases are around joints and where the clothing tends to be bunched up. Try not to worry about filling the entire clothes with creases. Only where they should be. If all else fails, look at your own clothes.

below ive atached som of my own art as reference for your clothing help. a few tips would be that on dresses and skirts they have lots of waves and pieces that look almost seperate dont forget to put the line on the inside of a wave of matirial (usualy at the end of dresses or skirts) that makes it look like one peice of matirial. also wene you make a crease think of were the light is in your picture and shade the section (usualy on the inside of the ripple) were the light doesnt reach. you might want to add extra light on the places were it comes closer to the light as well.

hope you find this usefull ^.^
