in the context of an addition to a name like errrm i dont on naruto, naruto call's sakara, sakara kun wats it mean???

Right. But to answer the question anyway, -"kun" is an "honorific", a Japanese suffix attached to a person's name to indicate how the person is being addressed (e.g., formally or informally).
